This Privacy Policy explains how Flowik ("we", operated from France as a micro-entreprise) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and Service. We act as the data controller for the data described below.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Uploaded content: the trading chart screenshots you submit for analysis, and the analyses generated from them.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Whop). We receive subscription status and limited billing metadata. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage & technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the Service (e.g. requests, errors, approximate device information).

2. How we use your data

• to provide the Service (analyze your charts, generate trade plans, keep your journal);
• to manage your account, subscription and access;
• to maintain security, prevent abuse and debug issues;
• to communicate with you about the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. Storage & AI processing

Account and application data are stored in Supabase. Chart screenshots you upload are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the analysis. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function:

• Supabase:database, authentication and storage.
• Whop:payments and subscription management.
• Anthropic:AI analysis of uploaded charts.
• Twelve Data:live market price data used to anchor levels.
• Vercel:website and application hosting.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union/EEA, we process your data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies), and legal obligation (e.g. accounting).

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any period required to meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). If we add analytics or non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
