Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowik (the "Service"), operated from France as a micro-entreprise. By creating an account or using Flowik, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Flowik is an AI-powered tool that analyzes trading chart screenshots and generates illustrative trade plans (such as entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels), conviction scores and scenarios. Flowik is an analysis and journaling tool only. It does not execute trades, place orders, manage funds, or connect to your broker or exchange. You remain solely responsible for any decision you make and any order you place on your own account.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Flowik offers a Pro plan billed monthly ($29/month) and a Lifetime plan as a one-time payment ($199). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop; by purchasing, you also agree to Whop's applicable terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods.

• Pro (monthly): renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period, with no further charge afterwards.
• Lifetime: a single payment with no recurring charge. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service as commercially offered.
• Refunds: except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
• resell, redistribute or scrape the Service, or share your account to circumvent subscription limits;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• upload content you do not have the right to submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (excluding content you upload), is owned by Flowik and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the chart screenshots you upload; you grant Flowik a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. You may use the analysis Flowik generates for your own personal trading and journaling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowik and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading or financial losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
